Meet Our Founders
David & Laura Robinson
Fractal was born from a simple belief shared by two Kingston locals: work should feel better. Not just more productive, but more human, more connected, and way more inspiring. Meet Dave and Laura Robinson, the married duo behind Fractal. With a shared passion for hospitality, community, and thoughtful design, they set out to create a space where people love to work, and where genuine connection comes easy. Dave Robinson With a background in investment finance, operations, and project management, Dave knows how to get things done. But his true passion lies in reimagining the where and how of work. He’s the driving force behind Fractal’s “fourth space” philosophy, something beyond the home office, the traditional office, or the neighbourhood café. Dave envisions a world where people gather in creative, community-rooted spaces that support not just productivity, but wellness, flexibility, and fulfillment. Laura Robinson Laura brings the magic that makes every Fractal space feel like home. She’s the founder of All Ways Clean, a female-owned cleaning and maintenance company serving homes, hotels, and construction sites. At Fractal, she spearheads facilities and design, ensuring every detail supports comfort, care, and ease. She’s also a passionate mental health advocate who believes beautiful, well-kept spaces help people thrive. Real People. Real Roots. Real Vision. As twin parents and active members of the Kingston community, Dave and Laura understand the rhythm of modern life, and they’ve built Fractal to support it. Whether you’re a solo entrepreneur or a growing team, they’ve created a workplace playground that blends professionalism with play. Fractal is just the beginning of their vision: a network of inspiring spaces rooted in hospitality, wellness, and community.
